Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our clients and our staff of professionals, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for any single service and a 48-hour cancellation notice for multiple services or salon packages. Please have a major credit card or gift card number to secure your reservation. Late cancellation will incur a 50% charge of reserved services or redeemable gift card value. Any NO-SHOW appointments will incur a full value charge of reserved services or redeemable gift
card value.
Reservations
Our scheduling for Skin Care and Massage treatments is designed
to allow the correct time needed to complete your service. We
respectfully ask that you arrive 15 min. prior to your service to
prepare for the facial or massage. Every effort will be made to
accommodate late arrivals, though we regret full service time may
not be possible.
Scheduling
To ensure your choice of date and time we recommend scheduling
your next appointment before leaving. Hair Color, Salon Packages
and multiple services should be scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance.
Privacy
Your privacy will always be respected. During your spa service
your body will be covered with the exception of those areas being
pampered.
Children
For the comfort and serenity of all our guests we respectfully ask
that children under the age of 10 be left in the care of a loving
adult. Thank you for your consideration.
Gratuities
Gratuities are appreciated and are not included in the service prices. A 15% gratuity will be added to groups of 4 or more. Gratuities cannot be added to any charged services. Gift Cards cannot be used for
gratuities.
For your convenience, Salon Medusa provides a free WI-FI Internet
connection to our customers.
